Outloop v1.45.0

Signed, notarized and stapled (Developer ID, Apple Silicon, macOS 13 or later). If you need to go back, the previous version 1.44.1 remains available, and the update rolls back on its own if a health check fails.

Workspace Routines

Routines are recurring tasks that belong to a workspace. You give each one plain-language instructions and a schedule (or run it on demand), and Outloop runs it on this Mac with Claude Code or Codex. Each run uses only that workspace’s approved Context, Skills and access. Switching a Routine to a different tool keeps its instructions, schedule and history.

Schedules are written in plain words, in the workspace’s own time zone: every few hours, daily, workweek, weekly, monthly or once.

Every run leaves a record you can open:

The worker’s reasoning is never recorded. Every change to a Routine is kept as a revision you can review and restore.

Routines are off until you turn them on for this Mac. When you do, Outloop first runs a short isolation check on each installed tool. A tool that has not passed the check is shown as not ready, and its Routines wait.

A Routine can work only inside its own workspace. It cannot read or change another client’s files or Routines, and credentials stay in your Mac’s Keychain.

A Routine you mark Agent may edit can adjust its own instructions and timing. A change is reported as saved only after Outloop has read it back. If someone else changed the Routine in the meantime, the change is refused instead of overwriting theirs.

Unchanged

Everything else works exactly as in 1.44.1, including your connected services, Browser Logins, Agent Learning and per-workspace access. Nothing runs on a schedule until you turn Routines on.
